Dutch women make European football finals for first time in history
The Dutch women’s football team has qualified for the final of this year’s European championships with a 3-0 win over England in Enschedé.
Almost three million people in the Netherlands watched the game on television, as Oranje qualified for their first ever European final.
The Lionesses will meet Denmark, who they already beat 1-0 in the group stage, in Sunday’s final. Denmark beat Austria on penalties in the other semi-final.
