Dutch exports rose strongly in February
Dutch exports rose strongly again in February although they did not quite reach the level of January, the central statistics agency CBS said on Tuesday.
February saw exports rise 6.6% compared with the year earlier period, slightly below January’s 7.7%. Exports are a main motor of the Dutch economy.
The main increase came in transport vehicles, gas and oil, with a slight rise in food products, machines and apparatus and chemical products, the CBS said.
