McDonalds is the Netherlands’ biggest hospitality firm
With annual turnover of €627m in the Netherlands, fast food giant McDonalds remains the biggest hospitality industry company in the country, according to the latest Misset Horeca rankings, website nu.nl reports.
Second on the list is the Van der Valk restaurant and hotel chain with turnover of €537m and third is Dutch Rail’s station catering activities (€365m).
McDonalds, which is also the biggest investor in the Dutch industry, has a workforce of 17,000 and 228 outlets in the Netherlands.
