Man tries to set himself on fire in front of Egyptian embassy: Nos
A man has tried to set himself on fire in front of the Egyptian embassy in The Hague, Nos television reports.
One eyewitness told Nos the man was carrying a banner. He threw a liquid over himself and then tried to set it on fire but was overpowered by police and taken away.
The man was a 52-year-old Egyptian, Nos said.
The eyewitness said there was a very heavy police presence at the embassy.
