Royals win holiday photo court case
The Dutch royal family have won the court case they launched against international news agency AP which distributed unauthorised photographs of crown prince Willem-Alexander, princess Máxima and their children on holiday.
Amsterdam district court said the photographs of the family in the snow in Argentina should no longer be made available for sale or published.
The prince claims AP has broken the Dutch media code which states that photos of the royal family can only be taken at official photo opportunity sessions.
Participating in these sessions implies a media organisation will abide by these rules and not take unauthorised photos.
