No Hells Angels ban, rules high court
The public prosecution department has again failed in its efforts to have a chapter of the Hells Angels, located Friesland resort of Harlingen, broken up and disbanded.
The high court on Friday upheld earlier court decisions in favour of the motorcycle gang.
The public prosecution department had asked for the gang to be banned, arguing that it is a criminal organisation. Efforts to ban Hells Angels groups in other parts of the country have also failed.
