Fashion designer Percy Irausqin died from a brain haemorrhage at his home in Amsterdam, his family on Aruba announced on Monday evening.

ANP news service reports the family as saying that Irausqin had been suffering from migraine for some time but kept it to himself. He had seen a doctor about the condition.
Irausquin died last Thursday. His body is being flown to Aruba on Friday but the date of the funeral is not yet known. There will be a memorial service in Amsterdam in early September.
