Tuesday sets a new weather record: the warmest November 6
Tuesday will go down in the weather history books as the warmest November 6 on record, after the temperature hit 17.1 degrees at the De Bilt measuring station near Utrecht.
In the south of the country it was even warmer and could top the 20.4 degrees recorded in Maastricht on November 6, 1955. The normal temperature in November is around 11 degrees.
Wednesday will also be sunny and warm, with temperatures around 15 degrees, the KNMI weather bureau said. Thursday and Friday will be cooler, at around 12 degrees with increasingly likelihood of rain.
