PSV meet Arsenal in CL last 16, Feyenoord go back to Milan

PSV Eindhoven have been drawn against English Premier League side Arsenal in the last 16 of the Champions League, while Feyenoord’s reward for beating AC Milan is a tie with their city rivals Internazionale.
It is the first time since the 2005/06 season that two Dutch clubs have reached the knock-out stages of Europe’s premier club football competition.
PSV, who beat Juventus in the previous round, are up against a familiar adversary, having played the London side four times in the last two seasons.
Last year Arsenal won 4-0 in the Champions League group stage under the old format, while the return match in Eindhoven was drawn 1-1 with both clubs already assured of progressing to the round of 16.
The previous year PSV lost 1-0 in the group stage of the Europa League, but won 2-0 in Eindhoven. The winners of next month’s two-legged tie will meet the winners of the Madrid derby between Real and Atletico.
Ajax to Frankfurt
Feyenoord last met Internazionale in the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup in 2001/02. The Rotterdammers prevailed two legs before going on to beat Borussia Dortmund in the final, the last time a Dutch club lifted a European trophy.
The first legs will be played on March 4 or 5, with the return matches a week later.
In the Europa League, Ajax have been drawn against Eintracht Frankfurt after beating Belgian side Union Saint-Gillis in the play-off round.
AZ Alkmaar, the fourth Dutch team still active in Europe, play another London club, Tottenham Hotspur, after overcoming Galatasaray.
Both ties will be played over two legs on March 6 and 13. The winners of the two matches will play each other in the quarter-finals.
