We want to hear what you think about the EU elections

In just under three months the Netherlands will go to the polls to elect 31 new members of the European parliament. If you are an EU national you can vote either here, or in your country of origin.

Dutch News is planning extensive cover of the EU elections and we’d like to find out what news and information you would like us to provide – whether you are an EU citizen or not.

If you want to vote in the Netherlands, you have to register first to do so and your local council should have sent you a letter by snail mail informing you of your rights and enclosing the form you should fill in.

If you are from another EU country, we’d also like to know if you’ve actually heard from your council about your voting rights. The deadline for registration is April 22.

Please feel free to either take part in this short online survey or to email editor@dutchnews.nl and share your thoughts.
