Easter weekend weather is a mixed bag, with rain on Monday
The holiday weekend weather is set to be a mixed bag of sunshine and spring showers, but Saturday will be warm with temperatures of up to 19°, the KNMI weather bureau said on Friday.
There is a 60% chance of rain on both Saturday and Sunday but on Saturday, the temperature will range between 15° and 19°. Sunday will be a little cooler with sunny spells.
However, the Monday holiday and early next week will be wet, with temperatures in the low teens.
The KNMI’s long range forecast into April sees continuing changeable weather with temperatures above average for the time of year. Next Saturday there is a 40% chance of temperatures topping 20°.
