Two more men arrested in Majorca attack case
Police have arrested another two men in connection with the violence on the night of the fatal attack on 27-year-old Carlo Heuvelman in Majorca last month, the public prosecutor’s office has announced.
The two 18-year-olds from Hilversum will be facing charges of attempted manslaughter at a bar and of being involved in violent behaviour later the same evening on the boulevard of El Arenal, where Heuvelman sustained the fatal injury to his head.
They have now joined a group of five other young men suspected of attacking Heuvelman and causing affray.
The public prosecution office said the investigation into the exact role of each suspect is ongoing and does not rule out more arrests.
