Two arrested after body found in burned-out house in Haarlem

Two people have been arrested in connection with a fatal house fire in Haarlem.

A body was found in the burned-out house in Romolenstraat after firefighters were called to the scene at around 6pm on Tuesday, Haarlems Dagblad reported.

The blaze was brought under control after an hour. Police made two arrests later in the evening after concluding that the victim had died as a result of a criminal act. Enquiries are continuing.
