Schoolgirl killer may have planned to kidnap her, court papers show

The Rotterdam man arrested for shooting dead a 16-year-old girl outside her school at the end of last year may have been planning to kidnap her, broadcaster NOS said on Thursday.
The girl was shot dead in the college bicycle sheds just 45 minutes before she was due to meet police to talk about being stalked in December.
Court documents show Bekir E had a map of the school and a key to a house where he wanted to take her, the broadcaster said. E had been earlier convicted of stalking the girl, physical assault and making threats and was subject to a banning order.
He and another man, Mohammed A, will appear in court next Tuesday for a procedural hearing. A is facing charges of being an accessory to murder.
