A 0-3 win over Feyenoord of Rotterdam has put Amsterdam football club Ajax into the final of the KNVB Cup for the first time since 2014. Ajax were hammered 6-2 by the Rotterdammers at their last league meeting.
The win means Feyenoord will finish their final season with Giovanni van Bronckhorst at the helm empty handed. Feynoord have taken either the league title or the cup for the past three seasons.
Ajax will meet either AZ of Alkmaar or Willem II of Tilburg in the final on May 5. They meet on Thursday evening. Willem II beat AZ 2-1 in the league competition last weekend.
