Drugs, telephones and child pornography found at psychiatric criminal centres

In the past four years child pornography, drugs and mobile phones have been circulating at TBS psychiatric criminal centres, reports ANP.

From 2012-2016 there have been dozens of internal reports of serious incidents involving contraband, which ‘give the impression the clinics are not equipped to keep prohibited items out,’ says the news service.

TBS clinics provide treatment programmes to convicted criminals with mental health disorders.

ANP said 13 reports concerned child pornography, several were about soft drugs and others concerned trade in telephones, internet dongles and USB sticks.
