Four young Dutch men are being questioned by the Belgian authorities in connection with an attack on another man outside a club in late December.

A film of the attack, showing the victim being battered to the ground and kicked in the head, was placed on Dutch shock blog Dumpert. The incident happened outside the Highstreet 2.0 disco in the town of Hoogstraten, just over the border south of Breda.

The local public prosecutor told Belgian media on Friday all four had now been identified. ‘They are all Dutch and are all being questioned. There have not yet been any arrests.’

At least one of the attackers lives just over the border in Zundert, Belgian media said.
