Dutch foreign minister in Moscow for talks
Dutch foreign affairs minister Bert Koenders is in Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, the foreign ministry said on Friday.
The talks will focus on the investigation into the MH17 crash last July and efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice, the Volkskrant reports.
The meeting is the first involving senior ministers since the plane was shot down over Ukraine. There were 298 people on board the plane, 196 of whom were Dutch.
Also on the agenda is the recent entry ban imposed by Moscow on three Dutch politicians, the general situation in Ukraine and the tension in Syria and Iraq, the paper says.
