Construction and civil engineering group Ballast Nedam has again delayed publication of its 2014 annual results, which should have taken place on Friday.

In a short statement, the company said: ‘Discussions on Ballast Nedam’s financing arrangements are taking longer than expected.’ The company ‘expects to be able to provide clarity’ on its financing arrangements in the short term, when the full results will be published.

Ballast Nedam originally scheduled publication for March 27 but this was delayed on March 18, when the company also lowered its 2014 forecast. This would ‘materially decrease’ compared with the earlier reported expected operating loss of up to €45m, the company said.
