Dutch house prices rise for six months in a row
House prices rose by an average 2.2% in October, compared with a year ago, the national statistics office CBS said on Friday.
The rise is slightly up on September and marks six months of slow improvement, the CBS said. Nevertheless, house prices are still 19% down on their 2008 peak.
The number of sales rose 45% last month, compared with October 2013 and are up 39% so far this year.
