Dutch investment fund assets reach record levels
Dutch investment funds had a record €644bn in assets under management at the end of last year, their highest level since 2008 when the central bank began monitoring them.
The bank said in a statement the record is due to both new investments and share price gains. The total value of assets under management rose 3% in the final quarter, compared with the previous three months.
The number of investment funds rose by 37 to a record 1,624
