Legal service exams stolen at Amsterdam trade school
A number of internal exams have been stolen at an Amsterdam trade school and offered for sale via the internet, according to media reports on Wednesday.
The theft has led to the result of 825 exams for pupils studying legal services being annulled. The pupils at the College Zuid trade school will now have to retake the tests at a later date.
The school has brought in outside investigators to question pupils and staff pending a formal complaint to the police.
There are no implications for other trade schools because the stolen exams were for internal use.
This week 11 teenagers from a school in Rotterdam are on trial in connection with the theft of 27 school leaving exams. They will hear sentencing demands today.
