Dutch passports to cost more, last longer
From March, a passport for Dutch nationals is to cost a maximum €66.96 but will be valid for 10 years rather than five.
The maximum price of a passport is currently €50.35 but local councils are free to set their own prices below that ceiling.
ID cards will also be valid for 10 years from March and will cost a maximum of €52.95 for the over-18s from March.
