Cable group Altice said to list on Amsterdam stock exchange
Telecoms and cable group Altice is hoping to raise up to €750m from listing its shares on the Amsterdam stock exchange.
The company is planning to float up to 25% of its shares to reduce its debts and finance further acquisitions, the company, founded by French entrepreneur Patrick Drahi. said in a statement.
According to Bloomberg, the IPO will take place in about four weeks time.
