Pension fund manager CFRO quits over ‘difference of opinion’

The chief finance and risk officer of giant pension asset manager APG has resigned because of a ‘difference of opinion on the scope and content of the CFRO position’.

Petri Hofsté joined APG in February this year.

APG’s biggest client is the giant civil service fund APB, which is one of the biggest pension funds in the world. The group has €330bn in assets under management, the Financieele Dagblad said.
