Flower auction to cut 200 jobs
The Flora Holland flower auction group is to cut 200 jobs because of declining volumes of work and income, the company said on Thursday.
The auction’s workforce was cut by 300 jobs in 2012 and this year. ‘The organisation will be more compact and simple and management jobs cut by 25%,’ it said in a statement.
Flora Holland’s current workforce is some 4,000 strong.
