PSV suffer first defeat, FC Twente go top of league
PSV Eindhoven suffered their first defeat of the new premier league season on Saturday losing 1-2 against AZ of Alkmaar and cutting their league lead to just one point.
On Sunday, they lost their lead when FC Twente demolished FC Groningen 5-0 to move into top position.
Elsewhere, Ajax showed a return of confidence with a 6-0 win over Deventer club Go Ahead Eagles and Heerenveen won the Frisian derby against SC Cambuur 2-1.
