Ajax top of the premier league as PSV lose to Heerenveen
Amsterdam’s Ajax took a one-point lead in the premier division in this weekend’s football action after beating PEC Zwolle 3-0.
The three points were enough to put them ahead of PSV Eindhoven, who lost 2-1 to the Frisian side.
Numbers three and four in the league, Feyenoord and Vitesse Arnhem, both had 1-0 away wins.
With eight matches to go in the club competition, just three points separate the top four clubs.
