Wassenaar hockey club wins European title
Wassenaar hockey club HGC has won this year’s Euro Hockey League title, beating Spanish side Club de Campo 1-0 in the final on Sunday.
HGC finished ninth in this year’s Dutch competition, meaning it will not be eligible for the Euro competition next year.
