More storks overwinter in Holland
Bird watchers have counted 592 storks overwintering in the Netherlands this year, up 100 on a year ago.
Bird research group SOVON says more birds are staying in the Netherlands during the winter because average temperatures are rising.
The town of Meppel in Drente has the highest number of storks with 161 birds.
