Cooperative bank Rabobank is the best graduate employer in the country, according to new research by Intermediair magazine.

Rabobank does not have the highest starting salaries but takes first place for the second year in a row because of its excellent secondary working conditions and efforts to involve staff.
Second on the list is the transport ministry’s road transport department RDW, followed by insurance firm Achmea.
The top annual salary for new university graduates – €47,000 – is paid by the land registry office Kadaster. Water board Regge en Dinkel has the best starting salary for hbo college leavers at €43,000 a year.
Rabobank is also in top place in Intermediair’s popularity poll among young graduates. Electronics firm Philips, which is second on that list, does not feature in the best employers ranking, news agency ANP points out.
