A British woman soldier talking part in this year’s four-day Nijmegen walk has been confirmed as suffering from swine flu, news agency ANP reports.

The woman was hospitalised on Wednesday and has been given the virus inhibitor Tamiflu, the agency said.
Another suspected British flu carrier on the first day of the walk was found not to be suffering from the disease.
The first people are expected to arrive at the finish line mid-morning on Friday after completing four days of walking 50, 40 or 30 km.
