Nearly 100 soldiers sacked for drug offences
A total of 98 soldiers were sacked last year because of their involvement with drugs, Nos tv reported on Tuesday evening.
The army, which has a policy of zero tolerance towards drugs, is now considering starting random testing, Nos said.
The report follows the news that top gymnast and soldier Yuri van Gelder tested positive for cocaine at the Dutch championships last month.
