Hunter Douglas to buy out minority investors
Window coverings group Hunter Douglas has made a €43 per share cash offer for the 13.4 million shares in the hands of minority investors.
Shareholders can tender their shares between March 21 and April 21. Company chairman Ralph Sonneberg holds some 72% of the shares through his Bergson investment vehicle.
