Several arrested for ‘happy slapping’
Arnhem police have arrested two teenagers aged 14 and 17 for bullying an autistic youth and placing the film on the video website YouTube.
And in Deventer, seven youths aged between 7 and 20 have been arrested after filming themselves abusing a 42-year-old homeless man in a park and showing the result on YouTube, news agency ANP reported.
