Randstad founder ups stake to 43%
The founder and former chairman of temporary employment agency Randstad, Frits Goldschmeding, has increased his stake in the company from almost 38% to 43.3%, according to information registered with the financial services regulator AFM.
Randstad is currently working on a the takeover of sector rival Vedior which would make it the second biggest recruitment firm in the world with a turnover of over €17m.
