Football official apologies for ‘spoilt’ slur
Dutch football association director Henk Kesler has apologised for calling striking police officers ‘spoilt’ after two top league matches were cancelled on Saturday.
The comments caused a storm of protest. He told news agency ANP that with hindsight his comments were ‘not appropriate’.
