The tax office has removed a tax break for swingers sex clubs (where couples swop partners), arguing that the cost of the lockers where customers store their clothes should be subject to the full 19% vat.

One club went to court claiming the lockers should be tax-deductible as an essential item, the Telegraaf reports.
