People who visit cafés and restaurants are irritated by the staff’s bad manners, lack of dedication and lack of attention, Sunday’s Telegraaf reports.

The findings come from a survey among 464 café and restaurant owners and 533 customers carried out by Interview NSS. Despite the criticisms, the catering industry still managed to score a 7 for hospitality.
