Builder BAM issues profit warning
The Netherlands’ biggest construction group, BAM, has slashed its 2006 profit forecast following problems at its German subsidiary Ways & Freitag.
BAM now says it expects full-year earnings to reach €130m, down from its earlier estimate of €180m. BAM had earlier taken a €50m provision to cover its German losses which now amount to €115m.
